Guacamole at Oregano's in Scottsdale, AZ - where Eat Boise is on the road for a few days. Oregano's is a favorite of ours...wish they were local for us.
The Pablo Picasso salad with fajita chicken, romaine, lettuce, cilantro, other veggies, cilantro and tossed in a chipotle cream dressing.

I was reading Bon Appetit magazine and I ran across an article where they rated the 10 best ice cream places. Guess what, there's one in Scottsdale. It's called: Sweet Republic. The address is 9160 East Shea Boulevard.
One of the flavors they suggested trying is blue cheese with Medjool dates.
The must-try flavor is Salted butter caramel.
I hope you get this while you're still there :)
