Crab Cakes and Cole Slaw

A quick dinner of crab cakes and cole slaw. The crab cakes came from Schwan's. Rather than frying them, I baked them. The cole slaw is shredded cabbage and radishes in a dressing of mayonnaise, white vinegar, celery salt and a bit of sugar. The head of cabbage and radishes arrived in my organic box delivery this week.
