Gravy Makes Everything Better

We had some leftover homemade sausage gravy from our recent biscuits and gravy venture. I thought the gravy would be good on a big Idaho baker, but hash browns were good, too.

Sausage Gravy Secret

I cooked up a large batch of sausage gravy over the weekend. I put some in the freezer, and the rest was for a big biscuits and sausage holiday weekend breakfast. When I've finished the gravy, I always add about a half cup of maple, or maple-flavored, syrup.
