Oblatne - crisp sheets of waffle wafers. I'll be turning this into a dessert this next week, but I'm not sure what that dessert will look like yet. Maybe cream filling. Maybe dipped in chocolate. Please send advice!
This is new territory for me, but the first thing that comes to mind is ice cream sandwiches using frozen yogurt. Also, can the sheets be gently heated and then formed into cones?
