cherry tomatoes
sweet onions
several gloves of garlic
jarred jalapeno slices
salt
cilantro
Process the onions, minced garlic and jalapenos by pulsing several times in a food processor. Add about a dozen cherry tomatoes and salt and pulse a few more times. Dump into a bowl. Slice and dice cherry tomatoes and mix in. Adjust salt. Top off with chopped cilantro right before serving.

You are so lucky!! We're still waiting for our tomatoes to ripen. We have a lot of nice big ones on the vine and we are hoping that within the next few weeks...salsa!!!
Although I process and can most of it, I always keep-out a healthy portion to use as fresh. There is nothing like fresh salsa!
