After a couple of "blah" restaurant experiences recently, it was a comfort food night. It was also a night when I didn't have much time for dinner prep. This is simple spaghetti meat sauce (simmered from a packet in the freezer, recipe here) over angel hair pasta and a slice of garlic bread. We also had a small side Caesar salad. Comfort Food
After a couple of "blah" restaurant experiences recently, it was a comfort food night. It was also a night when I didn't have much time for dinner prep. My comfort food is Linguini with Browned Butter & Myzithra cheese. Mmmmm......
