Dinner at the Cheesecake Factory last night. Quite a few new items on the menu since our last visit, and they FINALLY have a Kids Menu! This is caramel chicken. Ignore that big lump of rice, I think it was really just a decoration. As you might guess, it is a sweet sauce, but not sticky - tangy, with a hint of ginger. The chicken is lightly coated and crisp, and the carrots and green beans were crunchy, too.

Caramel Chicken
Dinner at the Cheesecake Factory last night. Quite a few new items on the menu since our last visit, and they FINALLY have a Kids Menu! This is caramel chicken.
