Headed for the Oven - Update on Easter Rolls Experiment #2
After three rises of dough, including after shaping the buns, they're ready for the oven. I made the rolls smaller this time. Fingers crossed that this will do the trick.
I finally got back in! Those rolls would go great with the coffee I'm drinking (hint,hint). They look great! The last time I made them, they turned out to be the size of small boulders, so I need to experiment as well. Oh, I would have never thought of using a cake pan, so thank you for that idea.
