I can honestly say I had never before purchased this veggie, but it arrived in my organic box delivery this week, so I'm going to put it to use. Kale is not what I consider an Idaho staple, but I know I've enjoyed it in salads and soups. I'm going to experiment with adding this kale to a beef stew that's simmering today.

An Idaho Potato Girl Takes on Kale
I can honestly say I had never before purchased this veggie, but it arrived in my organic box delivery this week, so I'm going to put it to use. Kale is not what I consider an Idaho staple, but I know I've enjoyed it in salads and soups. I'm going to experiment with adding this kale to a beef stew that's simmering today.
